Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite supervision of staff, monitoring supplies and equipment, and communicate daily assignments to staff.
  • Model and coach team members on effective use of safety equipment, adhering to all safety procedures when using chemicals and equipment.

  • Attend staff meetings and effectively communicate information with team members.
  • Assist in maintaining the environment in an inspection-ready state.
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients and all team members.
  • Reward, recognize, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Supervise major projects, ensuring employees perform their duties and have necessary supplies available.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience; lead or prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with peers and client staff.
  • Ability to execute on and achieve established goals and objectives with employees.
  • Ability to train, coach, discipline where needed, evaluate, and mentor employees.
  • Familiarity with technology and timekeeping systems, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficient in English language: reading, writing, verbal.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
