Job Overview

Charleston Peak Winery LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tasting Room Associate to join our team. As a key member of our tasting room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct wine tastings and educate guests on our products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized tasting room, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of products, ensuring accurate and efficient sales transactions
  • Promote our products and brand to guests, highlighting the unique qualities and benefits of our wines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong passion for wine and eagerness to learn about our winery's products and processes
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Availability for weekends and holiday
