Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to enhance the wine-tasting experience at Charleston Peak Winery LLC by preparing delicious food items to complement our wines.

• Prepare and cook food items that pair well with our wines and elevate the tasting experience
• Follow established recipes and maintain consistent quality
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, ensuring it meets health and safety standards
• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the tasting room team to coordinate food and wine pairings

• Previous kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
