Job Summary

Charleston Peak Winery LLC is seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to enhance the wine-tasting experience by preparing delicious food items to complement our wines.

The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking food items that pair well with our wines, following established recipes, and maintaining consistent quality.

Additional responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, monitoring and managing food inventory, and working closely with the tasting room team to coordinate food and wine pairings.

Requirements include previous kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and strong organizational and inventory management skills.
