Your Role:
In this position, you will be part of a dedicated engineering team focused on the design, development, and verification of real-time embedded software. Your contributions will ensure the safety and reliability of our systems, directly impacting the experiences of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team environment to engage in the full life-cycle development of software control systems.
- Enhance systems and software engineering processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with certification authorities and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality.
- Coordinate tasks and manage software design, development, and verification activities.
- Review software requirements to guarantee alignment with customer expectations.
- Implement software requirements utilizing design models and proprietary coding languages.
- Conduct reviews of software design and code to ensure adherence to established requirements.
- Generate and evaluate test scripts and data to support software verification efforts.
- Prepare documentation necessary for aerospace certification processes.
Learning Opportunities:

Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software requirements and verification for complex aerospace systems.
- Familiarity with aerospace certification standards, including DO-178.
- Proficiency in simulation, scripting, test automation, and documentation tools (e.g., Veristand/LabView, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, DOORS).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and experience in presenting technical information.
- Background in the aerospace industry.
