Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a practical background, experience in customer service, and the capability to work outdoors efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and configuring security systems for homes, including Burglar Alarms, CCTV, DVRs, and Access Control Systems.
- Executing various installation tasks such as window breaks, door units, and smoke detectors.
- Diagnosing signal issues to ensure alarms function correctly.
- Engaging with customers on-site, conducting equipment tests, and providing training on system usage.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction, keeping accurate records, and meeting installation goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Desire to acquire new skills and engage in hands-on work.
- Reliability and access to dependable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Additional Considerations:
- Successful completion of a Drug Test & Background Check is mandatory.
Work Environment:
This position requires daily travel to various residential sites where technicians start their day on time. Technicians must adapt to diverse home environments, providing exceptional service to all customers.
Dress Code:
Technicians are expected to wear navy khakis and a blue polo shirt, ensuring a tidy appearance without visible tattoos or piercings.
Required Tools and PPE:
Essential tools include a 6-foot ladder, electric drill, wire cutters, and hand saw. Technicians should be ready for physical tasks such as accessing attics and working around pets and individuals of all ages.
