Job Opportunity

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Install Technician for their Sarasota, FL office. This is a long-term opportunity to work with a leading provider of security and automation solutions, offering room for growth, continued training, and bonus potential.

This role will involve working with cutting-edge technology and systems, and the opportunity to earn certifications to enhance skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with low voltage equipment, cabling, and installing security monitoring systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing CCTV, surveillance cameras, access control systems, card readers, and wireless keypads.
  • Programming security systems, including Brivo, CCTV, IP Cameras, and Fire alarm systems.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience installing and servicing residential security systems, with specific panel and programming experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience installing and servicing CCTV systems, including IP Cameras and Networking.
  • 1+ years of experience with low voltage wiring and circuits.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Nice to have: FASA BASA Certification and NICET certifications.

Pay Rate: $18-$28/hr or more, depending on experience, with bonus potential.
