About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of large-scale software initiatives within our Web Applications team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and other teams to manage and track deliverables.
  • Optimize processes for feature development and implementation.
  • Manage and track project schedules, resources, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and UAT/QA teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, delivering software through a full project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing web application development projects.
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and self-sufficient with an interest in learning and tackling technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or certifications in a related field.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
