Planet Interactive is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to collaborate with our esteemed Fortune 500 client on a REMOTE 12-month contract. This role requires up to 7 years of experience in project management or creative operations within an in-house agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Strategists to organize project briefs.
  • Establish the scope and framework for each initiative, including necessary resources and timelines.
  • Create comprehensive project timelines, align stakeholders, and foster a highly collaborative environment.
  • Lead project teams and facilitate meetings throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Document key ideas, decisions, challenges, and action items in meeting notes.
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Coordinate with the Events, Meetings, and Conferences Design (EMCD) team to gather all necessary assets, identifying potential solutions for any gaps.
  • Work alongside Creative Productions to organize original photo shoots or video content for Experiences.
  • Partner with Business Affairs to oversee all content clearances.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global content production processes.
  • Act as a champion for brand integrity and audience engagement, ensuring quality assurance for all content.
  • Utilize key performance metrics for planning and prioritizing tasks.
  • Support project debriefs and closure phases.
  • Innovate systems, processes, and methodologies to facilitate efficient content development.
