Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Cheese Make area, including recipes and analytical testing to ensure optimal results.
- Supervise the Assistant Cheese Maker and ensure smooth operations, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust starter processes to achieve optimal cheese composition and functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of all Cheese Make activities, including quality control measures and food safety protocols.
- Report any food safety issues immediately, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cheese making processes and a strong understanding of cheese composition and functionality.
- Proficiency in cheese-making techniques and quality control measures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong focus on dairy science and food manufacturing.
