Required Qualifications
  • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred. Completion of an accredited nursing program is essential. If there has been a lapse in RN licensure for over five years without practice in another state during this time, a Board-approved refresher course must be completed for reinstatement within one year of completion.
  • Experience: Previous experience of one to two years in obstetrics, postpartum, women's health, or emergency services is beneficial.
  • Licensure/Certification: An active RN license in the applicable state is mandatory.
