Job Title: Sunglass Hut Sales Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: * Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty. * Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction. * Participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management. * Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. * Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED. * Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy. * Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals. * Strong communication skills (both oral and written). * Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
