We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
