Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized recommendations, answering product questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
