Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Drive Hair Color Bar revenue through upselling and cross-selling services and products.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.

At Madison Reed, we offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $16 to $19.20 per hour, with opportunities for commissions and tips.
