Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to students facing communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language impairments.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to create tailored treatment strategies.
- Deliver direct therapeutic services to a diverse student population.
- Track and document student progress towards established communication goals.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering insights into student needs.
- Maintain organized and compliant records of student interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Completion of a clinical fellowship or eligibility for such.
- Valid licensure in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience in a school environment or relevant clinical experience is advantageous.
