Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech disorders
  • Provide rehabilitative assistance to help patients achieve their speech and communication goals
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and medical providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients
  • Maintain detailed records of student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments
  • Excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attentive and caring, with the ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Active [STATE] Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist or in a similar role
