Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Big Belly Solar LLC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing business relationships, nurturing long-term growth, and supporting business development and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for further sales within key clients and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, providing guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineers, and senior management, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product, identifying opportunities to customize and enhance the service and support solutions for each key customer.
  • Support the Sales team in onboarding and integrating new clients, developing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service, account management, or sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively, with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks, work independently, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
