Accounting Lecturer

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a pool of Lecturers in Accounting to teach classes in the Business School. The successful candidate will have a Master's or higher degree in Accounting or a closely related field and recent significant professional experience in the discipline. Prior experience teaching in Accounting and professional certification/licensure in accounting or an allied field are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Teach classes in Accounting in various teaching modes (in person, hybrid, online, remote)
- Develop and implement curriculum in Accounting
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Master's or higher degree in Accounting or a closely related field
- Recent significant professional experience in Accounting
- Prior experience teaching in Accounting (preferred)
- Professional certification/licensure in accounting or an allied field (preferred)
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range ($4,915 to $5,360 depending on course level)
