The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing best practice clinical services to children and families.

  • You will communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
  • You will develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor.
  • You will implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • You will ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and within established timeframes.
  • You will participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline, such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
  • You must have at least 1 year of experience working with children, either through internships, volunteer work, or paid positions.
