Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, plus up to $20,000 in sign-on bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement individualized intervention plans to identify and address the unique needs and strengths of each child.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional standards of care and exceed expectations.
  • Mentor and train aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by adhering to BACB professional standards and protecting patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
  2. Proficiency in behavioral assessments and intervention planning.
  3. Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
