Position Overview

The primary role of the Bartender is to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL beverage experience for our Guests. This experience should leave guests eager to return and share their enthusiasm. Achieving this requires embracing the Hideaway Way, excelling in the Hideaway Service Standards, possessing extensive menu knowledge, and presenting oneself in a professional yet enjoyable manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Embrace and internalize THE WAY.
  • Execute the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service with precision for every Guest.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Hideaway Signature items and all beverages offered to Guests.
  • Apply responsible alcohol service procedures diligently.
  • Ensure the highest quality of alcoholic beverages is produced.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for both Guests and Team Members.
  • Safeguard the financial interests of the Guests, yourself, and Hideaway Pizza.
  • Consistently create a FUN atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Prior experience in bartending is required.
  • Possess and maintain necessary licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol (state and county specific).
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, and events.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
  • Meet physical requirements as dictated by the role, including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and maintaining a clean workspace.
