Position Summary:

The Bartender will engage with patrons to enhance their dining experience by providing exceptional beverage service. This role requires a keen understanding of customer preferences and the ability to deliver a memorable experience through quality service and product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare the bar area for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Build rapport with guests, remembering their names and preferences.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt service.
  • Educate guests about our beverage offerings and menu items.
  • Accurately take and process orders using the POS system.
  • Recommend beverages that align with guest preferences and current promotions.
  • Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bar environment.
  • Check on guests throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Complete assigned side work as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Strong communication skills and a respectful demeanor.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in bartending.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bar products and their uses.
  • Able to assess the effects of alcohol on guests and respond appropriately.
  • Possess a valid food handler's license and comply with health regulations.
  • Hold a valid alcohol service license and adhere to legal requirements.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours.
