Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Learning Consultant to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to recommend L&D and learning technology solutions that meet unique business needs and help grow authentic learning cultures inside of enterprise organizations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10+ years of adult learning and development experience and a proven consulting track record. A Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in an Instructional Design, Talent Management, Education, or Business field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

In this role, you will consult with clients to identify, assess, and solve learning & development needs, support clients with change management, and provide L&D expertise on sales calls. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
