- Complete daily and weekly orders, along with quarterly inventory assessments.
- Oversee the preparation list execution and ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain and update recipes and instructional documents in both digital and printed formats for kitchen reference.
- Promote and expect quality, consistency, and speed in all operations.
