Job Summary:

The Project Quality Manager is a senior-level position responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a site-specific quality plan for construction projects. This role is a key member of the project leadership team, requiring minimal supervision and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality plan that meets contract requirements and company standards.
  • Directly supervise and manage inspection and testing personnel.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for quality issues.
  • Promote and enforce quality processes to ensure work is performed correctly the first time.
  • Communicate quality control information to relevant departments and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in construction quality management, preferably in the Solar, Natural Gas, or Oil/Gas industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
  • Exceptional math, computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams up to 20 personnel and travel as required.
