Speech Therapist Opportunity for Academic Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Vestavia Hills, AL, as a School Speech-Language Pathologist. This part-time position, 20 hours/week, will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' communication and swallowing abilities, providing a solid foundation for individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Therapy Services: Develop and deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, addressing their unique needs and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current state licensure in Alabama, or eligibility for licensure, and experience working with school-aged children preferred.
