We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Thunderbolt Inc. as part of our industrialization efforts for electrolysis systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assume partial tasks in industrialization projects for electrolysis systems and manage smaller specialist teams as needed.
- Drive change management and balance technical, organizational, and commercial aspects to ensure project success.
- Track tasks, manage necessary adjustments to specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and process descriptions to maintain project accuracy.
- Support the department in creating and evaluating reports to inform project decisions.
- Assist in creating and documenting processes to ensure seamless project execution.
- Hold a degree in engineering or a comparable field and possess excellent expertise in at least three of the following areas: mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, project management, energy technology, or process engineering.
- Familiarity with conventional and modern industrial processes for manufacturing machines or systems, including experience in taking on responsibility for individual components and related process steps or entire assemblies in multiple project roles.
- Knowledge of quality management methods for series products and problem and error analysis, including resolution, and experience in project management and supporting tools.
- Excellent comprehension skills, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate reliability, commitment, and self-organization, with logical and systematic thinking skills.
