Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with basic questions and provide personalized support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Gather information and set up appointments for insurance agents to meet with clients.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the office, including administrative tasks and customer service.
  • Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses, as required by law.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health License, or be able to obtain one within 3 months.
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Have sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Display good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
