About the Role
The Rooms Controller is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills. As a member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing room inventory, handling guest requests, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage room inventory to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Utilize Property Management Systems to manage room assignments and guest information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
