Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, safety, and accuracy.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with business strategic requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure associate success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
