Job Summary:
The Cardiac Services RN Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staffing of the Cardiac Services department at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by monitoring and evaluating the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily function and staffing of the Cardiac Services department
- Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care to ensure quality and clinical outcomes
- Hold staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice or approved compact state required
- 1+ years of related clinical leadership experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
