About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process financial transactions, including payroll, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper/controller with experience managing and processing financial transactions
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Gusto
  • Familiarity with power and utilities and fixed assets accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
