  • Commitment to resolving complex issues and ensuring project completion.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Possession of a functional headset.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Associate Degree or equivalent High School Diploma.
  • Two years of relevant business administration experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.
  • Certification as an Associate in Project Management is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
  • Regularly requires manual dexterity, visual acuity, verbal communication, and auditory skills.
