Job Overview

At STK Charlotte, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Service team to maintain high-quality standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the coffee station is fully stocked and maintained throughout the shift.
  • Brew fresh coffee, espresso, and tea to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Polish silverware and glassware to the highest standards.
  • Replenish silverware and glassware in side stations as needed.
  • Scrape plates from bus tubs and rack them for cleaning.
  • Separate china, cutlery, and ramekins as needed.
  • Stock clean china on the kitchen line as required.
  • Close and secure the polish station at the end of each shift.
  • Leave the station clean and wiped down for the next shift.
  • Turn on floor fans to maintain a cool and dry environment.
