About the Role

Clubhouse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Dining Room Ambassador. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest flow, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and seat them in the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide guests with menus and assist with ordering and payment processing.
  • Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
