Job Description

Salary: $xx/hr plus a point percentage of the full house tip pool, based on hours worked per shift.

Gin & Luck is seeking a Customer Service Host Professional to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a Customer Service Host who will greet guests with a positive attitude, maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Tock and other booking systems, and assist FOH staff during service when necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to cultivate a fluency in verbiage for the waitlist, reservation policies, and procedures, as well as voicemails.
  • Maintain a reasonable response time for all Slack communication: a minimum of an answer to any correspondence before your next shift.
  • Treat all areas of the restaurant with respect, clean and reset to zero when necessary.
Requirements:
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
