Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Trustcare. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general and preventative care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute conditions, including ordering lab and imaging tests as necessary
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
  • Conduct wellness exams and provide health education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure with a concentration in Family Medicine
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • DOT certification preferred
