Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical assessments to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the behavioral health team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS and ACLS/ATLS/PALS provider status as required by department.
- Psych Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Behavioral Health experience.
- 2 years of experience working as an APP.
- EPIC experience.
