This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Lead - Operating Room to join our dynamic team at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. As a seasoned nurse leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and mentoring a team of nurses in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to new associates, promoting their growth and development as professionals.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a perioperative setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others.
- An estimated salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on location and experience.
