Clinical Care Coordinator

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Elizabeth HealthCare. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes, and demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with patients, families, visitors, and other employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring maintenance of health and prevention of illness.
- Maintain current skills, knowledge, and competencies in area of specialty, utilizing evidence-based practice, research, clinical judgment, and nursing skills based on principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social science.
- Document care provided using electronic medical records, ensuring accurate and timely entry of patient information.
- Serve as patient advocate, exhibiting critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Requirements: A graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed, and meeting contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
