Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medication Aide Coordinator to join our team at Kirkland Village. As a key member of our household, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

The Medication Aide Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents. This includes preparing, administering, and documenting medication as per the residents' medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Perform general duties and responsibilities of the household caregiver
  • Provide medical and physical care to residents, enabling them to function at their highest possible level
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older (unless active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (unless active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry)
  • Must be able to successfully complete required medication training
  • Previous aide experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working as part of a team

Compensation
