Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and grow share of the digital shelf, supporting the delivery of sales plans.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute product activation strategies for new product launches, driving digital shelf ranking.
  • Define and educate the sales team on critical KPIs to achieve a winning digital shelf.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights and concerns to the team to drive solutions and minimize risk of ranking decline.
  • Serve as a product owner for technology platforms supporting the digital shelf and data collection.
  • Manage product review programs and develop strategies to scale programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to resolve voice of the consumer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising and go-to-market excellence.
  • Experience in data analysis and creating business recommendations based on data.
  • Ability to drive results and motivate a team.

  • Strong clear and professional communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent ability to resolve and escalate issues in a professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
