Meat Cutter Job Description

At Lake Erie Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards to optimize profit and guest satisfaction.
  • Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance, rotating cut and boxed meat to maintain freshness.
  • Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
Operational Excellence:
  • Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
  • Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
  • Perform opening and closing administrative procedures, properly maintaining equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
  • Complete duty roster tasks.
