Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will provide compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities, monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, and track vital signs. You will also perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and administer medications. Our team is dedicated to creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents, and we rely on our LPNs to help us achieve this goal.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts State License: You must hold a current LPN license in Massachusetts to apply.
  • LPN Educational Program: You must have completed an approved LPN educational program.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience: You must have at least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
  • Lifting Ability: You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
