About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Experience Manager to lead our activities team at Capital Senior Living. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging leisure experiences that cater to diverse resident preferences, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Collaborate with residents to identify their interests and tailor plans accordingly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and enjoyment.
  • Maintain open communication channels with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of activities.
  • Promote a positive image of the community through effective marketing and promotional activities, highlighting the value of our services and amenities.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • A competitive $63,000 - $75,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
  • Certification as an Activity Professional is preferred.
  • Two years of activities management experience is preferred.
