Compensation:Compensation structure is based on a commission plan with potential earnings around $70,000.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow our customer base by marketing our insurance products through networking, referrals, cold calling, and diverse marketing strategies.
- Assess new clients' insurance needs, risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situations by scheduling personalized meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date contracting paperwork and manage databases, records, and bookkeeping efficiently.
- Deliver warm and professional customer service, including appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility assessments, and policy explanations.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in customer service or sales is highly regarded.
- Background in the life or health insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
- A current Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
