Compensation:

Compensation structure is based on a commission plan with potential earnings around $70,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our customer base by marketing our insurance products through networking, referrals, cold calling, and diverse marketing strategies.
  • Assess new clients' insurance needs, risks, goals, current coverage, and financial situations by scheduling personalized meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date contracting paperwork and manage databases, records, and bookkeeping efficiently.
  • Deliver warm and professional customer service, including appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility assessments, and policy explanations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is highly regarded.
  • Background in the life or health insurance sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
  • A current Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
