Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technician II Lead to oversee radiology staff and departmental workflow, ensuring that we maintain superior patient care and provide excellent customer service to patients, family, and hospital staff. About the Role
  • You will delegate assignments to staff as necessary and provide clear directions to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
  • Perform consistent periodic quality review of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
  • Collect and review data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Participate in the interview process and contribute to the development of new talent.
  • Participate in imaging department environmental and educational rounds to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • ARRT (R) certification required.
  • Texas Medical Board licensure is required.
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
  • 1 year of Radiology Technician experience is required.
