Radiology Imaging Specialist

St. Joseph Medical Center seeks a detail-oriented Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various imaging equipment, including x-ray machines and fluoroscopy units.
- Assist radiologists in performing imaging procedures, such as angiograms and cardiac catheterizations.
- Position patients for optimal imaging results and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment and report any issues to the department manager.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered A.R.R.T. or RCIS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
