The Heldrich Hotel serves as a premier full-service conference center and hotel, strategically located in a vibrant area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide guests in discovering their ideal experiences
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest
  • Manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate credit, special requests, and necessary information are handled
  • Address and resolve guest issues, striving to exceed expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to standard procedures by all team members
  • Coordinate pre-assignment of rooms, including VIPs and special requests
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for effective communication
  • Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage inventory and operations of the Sundries shop
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs
  • Maintain professional interactions with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Stay informed about emergency procedures and policies
  • Ensure proper handling of financial transactions
  • Communicate essential information to the manager on duty
  • Assist other departments as required

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel or resort settings is preferred
  • A strong desire to positively impact guests and colleagues
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
